Air Conditioning Technician

Job Summary
AGM Inc. is seeking a competent Air Conditioning Technician to install, maintain, inspect, and repair air conditioning and cooling systems across its facilities. The successful candidate will help maintain comfortable and safe working and accommodation environments while ensuring the reliable operation of cooling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
• Install and maintain air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in cooling equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Check refrigerant levels, electrical connections, compressors, and cooling components.
• Identify system inefficiencies and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Follow applicable environmental and refrigerant-handling requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.

Qualifications and Requirements
• A certificate or diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related technical field.
• Relevant experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of cooling systems.
• Strong fault-diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of refrigerant handling and equipment safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
