Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage distributor relationships within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in sales and the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage and grow distributor and customer relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned territories.
Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Drive business growth and increase market share.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage distributors and key accounts effectively.
Results-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
