We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager (Earth‑Moving) to support the planning, supervision, and coordination of all earth‑moving operations. This role ensures efficient equipment utilization, safe project execution, and smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple project sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing daily earth‑moving activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Oversee scheduling, deployment, and maintenance of earth‑moving equipment.
- Supervise operators and site staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Conduct routine site inspections, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in heavy equipment or earth‑moving operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, safety regulations, and earth‑moving operations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience in mining, dredging, or large infrastructure projects is an advantage.
