Job Description
A reputable organization invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians who are goal-oriented, results-driven, and possess exceptional leadership qualities and enthusiasm for appointment into the position of an ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER to handle the daily operations of insurance policies, including seeking new business opportunities, servicing existing corporate and individual client accounts, managing underwriting and claims processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prospect and sell the products and services of the company
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business and personal targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to individuals, groups, associations, and corporate bodies
Effectively communicate business decisions and information to all stakeholders
Regularly review insurance policies to ensure policyholder needs are adequately addressed
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Skills and Competencies
Strategic thinking with the ability to lead projects independently
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and deliver innovative ideas
Good organizational, project management, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written)

Qualification Required & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Diploma in Insurance will be an added advantage
Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience in the insurance industry
