ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive General Manager Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our General Manager. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination across teams.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing sensitive information with professionalism. Experience in the gaming, lotto, or sports betting industry will be a strong advantage.
KEY DUTIES
- Provide full administrative & executive support to the General Manager by assisting with daily workflow.
- Responsible for handling the company's external license applications and maintaining relationships with resources at all levels.
- Responsible for the establishment, design, and implementation of the company's management system.
- Execute the General Manager's instructions, facilitate communication between upper and lower levels, and report situations to the General Manager in a timely manner.
- Supervise the implementation of the company's various work systems, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Handle sensitive business and operational information with utmost discretion.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager in a timely manner.
JOB/ PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 4 years proven experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or operations support role (experience in gaming, lottery, or betting industry is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
