Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise branch services staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
· Ensure prompt revenue collection and prevent income leakages.
· Authorize/modify transactions within approval limits and ensure proper documentation.
· Oversee account opening, documentation, and scanning of mandates.
· Ensure ATMs are functional and liaise with the ATM Officer.
· Prepare and submit timely operational and regulatory reports.
· Maintain confidentiality, security of customer information, and safety of bank assets.
· Conduct daily GL reviews and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Education:
· First degree or equivalent in any discipline.
· Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
· Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in branch operations or retail banking.
· Beginner knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite.
This is a senior operational role requiring strong supervisory, compliance, and reporting skills within a banking environment.
