Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, grievance handling.
· Training coordination, payroll support, HR policy compliance.
· Employee engagement, HR reporting, workforce planning.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
· 2+ years HR experience.
· HR certification is an advantage.
· Knowledge of labor laws, HRIS, and MS Office.
