Job Description:
Successful candidates will support the daily operations of the bulk catering unit, including cooking, food prep, maintaining hygiene, serving during events, and ensuring smooth workflow in the kitchen. Roles vary from management to entry-level support positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with bulk food preparation
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Support kitchen workflow and operations
• Serve meals during events and client deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment
• Manage staff and coordinate kitchen activities (for managerial role)
• Handle ingredient prep, washing, cleaning, and equipment care
• Support customer service during events.
