The Cooks will plan and prepare daily meals according to the menu, ensuring cleanliness, proper storage, and adherence to food safety standards. Each cook will specialize in either Indian or Ghanaian cuisine and may occasionally prepare meals for company guests and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals according to daily menu and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages promptly.
• Ensure all meals are prepared hygienically and served on time.
• Maintain food safety and storage standards.
• Collaborate with management to plan menus.
