Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and onboarding new clients for our HMO services. The role focuses on identifying new sales opportunities, building sustainable relationships with corporate organizations, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and engage prospective corporate clients to grow the HMO subscriber base.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and market penetration.
* Maintain high-level relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and contract negotiation.
* Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to management regarding regional performance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in the sales of HMO services is strongly preferred.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
* High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a regional capacity.
