About the Role
We are actively seeking high-performing, ambitious, and innovative sales professionals currently working in commercial banks and Other Financial Institutions (OFIs) who are ready for their next big challenge.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets.
-Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships,and revenue growth.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
-Originate and close high-quality credit deals (LPO, Asset Finance, Project Finance, Import/Export, etc.) targeting SMEs and mass affluent clients.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with private and public sector stakeholders for sustainable deal flow.
-Conduct credit assessments, prepare proposals, and present financing solutions to clients.
-Manage relationships with banks and counterparties for lines of credit and funding facilities.
-Support compliance with regulatory requirements (CBN, etc.) and internal policies.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
-4–8 years experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
-Proven track record of achieving business growth targets.
-Experience in financial services
