Job Summary
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will play a key role in collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data across our network of clinics to drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that guide business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
● Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources including clinic operations, finance, patient management systems, and HR databases.
● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across clinics.
● Assist in setting up the company’s data architecture
● Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and growth.
● Support investment evaluation by providing data-driven insights on clinic performance and
potential acquisition targets.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR, and Clinical teams) to understand data needs and provide accurate reporting.
● Prepare periodic management reports and presentations summarizing insights, trends, and recommendations.
● Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reporting tools.
● Use data to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes.
● Contribute to the development of data governance frameworks and best practices for data management.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in healthcare, investment, or consulting
industries.
● Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or
Google Data Studio).
● Experience working with healthcare or financial datasets is an added advantage.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
● Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and
concisely.
● Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
