CIG Motors is seeking a high-caliber finance professional to lead capital strategy, fundraising, and investor relations as we expand our automotive and mobility ecosystem across Africa.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead capital raising strategy (debt, equity & structured finance)
* Manage investor relations and stakeholder engagement
* Execute M&A, joint ventures & strategic transactions
* Structure financing for expansion and infrastructure projects
* Lead capital markets activities & rating agency engagement
* Manage banking relationships and financing negotiations
What We’re Looking For
* 12–18 years of experience in corporate finance / investment banking / PE
* Strong expertise in fundraising, deal execution & investor relations
* Deep understanding of capital markets and financial structuring
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CFA); MBA preferred
