JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Leading and guiding a team to meet assigned targets.
* Analyzing the unit's performance metrics and providing recommendations.
* Providing a safe, neat and well organized work environment for unit's staff.
* Ensuring profitability and growth of the business unit through the development of initiatives and strategies.
* Collaborating with other departments and senior management to ensure overall company success
