1️⃣ Data Entry / Claims Adjudication Officer
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter claims data into the claims management system within established timelines.
• Review and analyze claims to identify errors, inconsistencies, or possible fraud.
• Ensure claims are processed in accordance with guidelines, benefit schedules, and contractual agreements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and client information.
• Meet key performance metrics and maintain high accuracy standards.
Qualifications & Experience
• Background in clinical healthcare or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in claims processing, health insurance, or data entry roles.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.

2️⃣ Call Center Officer
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, resolving client queries and providing accurate information on policies, benefits, and pre-authorizations.
• Address client and service provider concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Ensure timely complaint resolution and educate clients on products, services, and processes.
• Uphold confidentiality and deliver quality customer service.
• Document all interactions accurately in the system.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience, preferably in a health insurance or customer service environment.
• Ability to use call center software and other relevant systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
