Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Handling: Efficiently manage high volumes of incoming calls, addressing inquiries related to eShifa’s home healthcare services.
  • Customer Support: Provide accurate information, assist with service bookings, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with medical staff to schedule home visits for services such as nursing, physiotherapy, and lab sample collection.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the system.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on services rendered.

Qualifications

:



  • Education: Minimum Intermediate level; Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Skills:
     
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
