Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports and tax filings.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Analyze financial data to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Recommend improvements to financial systems and procedures.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, ICA or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
