CIMG Consult is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence, strengthen delivery capability, and support the organisation’s growth across Ghana and the wider West African region.
About the Role
The COO will serve as the operational engine of the organisation translating strategy into execution, optimising internal systems, and ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality consulting and marketing solutions. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, people leadership, and the ability to build scalable, efficient, and future‑ready operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of consulting and marketing engagements across all service lines.
- Strengthen operational systems, processes, and delivery frameworks to ensure quality and consistency.
- Supervise the building of a rich pipeline of prospect and converting them into clients
- Drive profitability through efficient resource utilisation, cost control, and margin optimisation.
- Oversee workforce planning, performance management, and capability development.
- Support strategic expansion into new sectors, regions, and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and operational risk management.
- Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and client‑centric culture.
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
10–15 years’ experience in operations, consulting, marketing, or agency leadership.
Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and complex projects.
Strong understanding of Ghana’s marketing and consulting landscape.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale systems and teams.
