Job Summary:

The Client Service Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional service. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and driving client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in account management, and a knack for problem-solving. This position plays a key role in maintaining long-term client partnerships and supporting business growth.

 Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients—via email, phone, meetings—delivering timely, professional support. 
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and maintaining regular communication.
  • Manage client accounts throughout their full lifecycle—from onboarding to ongoing service—to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction. 
  • Coordinate internally with sales, operations, marketing, and technical teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently. 
  • Track, analyze, and report client performance metrics, satisfaction levels, and account trends to inform strategy and improvements. 
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues as needed to appropriate departments.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue and deepen client engagement. 
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records, contracts, and service documentation within CRM systems. 
  • Stay current on industry trends and company offerings to offer clients informed, proactive guidance. 
  • Handle client onboarding, including orientations and initial account setup, to ensure a smooth transition. 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years in client servicing, account management, or customer-facing roles. 
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Fresh works) and MS Office.
  • Interpersonal Strengths: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. 
  • Analytical & Problem‑Solving Abilities: Skilled at evaluating client needs and proposing effective, timely solutions. 
  • Organization & Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. 
  • Sales Acumen: Comfortable spotting and pursuing upsell or cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Capable of managing shifting priorities and maintaining poise under pressure. 

Preferred (but not required):

  • Master’s degree in Business or a related field. 
  • Multilingual capabilities for diverse client bases. 
  • Presentation and project management experience.
