Our client – a well-established construction company is seeking a coordinated Crane Operations Team (Signalmen, Riggers and General Workers).
The roles involve ensuring the safe lifting, handling, and delivery of precast concrete (PPVC) modules in line with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Signalmen: Directing crane movements using precise hand signals and radio communication.
- Riggers: Securing the modules using specialized lifting gear and ensuring load balance.
- General Workers: Supporting the setup of lifting zones and assisting in the safe positioning of modules.
Requirements
- Signalmen and Riggers must possess valid training and recognized certifications for Gantry Crane Operations.
- Prior experience in a precast yard or heavy construction environment is essential.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly under pressure to ensure zero‑accident operations.
- Physically fit and safety‑conscious.
