Job Description
The NSS Customer Service Personnel will assist in handling customer inquiries, resolving basic concerns, providing product/service information, and supporting administrative tasks. You will act as the first point of contact and ensure customers receive a pleasant service experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating complex issues
• Maintain updated customer records and documentation
• Support daily administrative and front-desk duties
• Manage customer waiting times and ensure orderly service
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
