Responsibilities

 Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM
system.
 Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further
assistance.
 Handle telemarketing to prospective customers

Qualifications
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly
phone demeanor.
 Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to assist and support clients.

 Proficient computer skills and familiarity with digital platforms and software
applications.
 Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems quickly.
