Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous
manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Educate customers about Built's digital platform, its features, and its functionalities.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM
system.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further
assistance.
Handle telemarketing to prospective customers
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly
phone demeanor.
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to assist and support clients.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with digital platforms and software
applications.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems quickly.
