Data Center LAN Engineers
Education & Skills:
• First degree in any discipline preferably computer science or engineering
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• CCNA above
• Structured cabling OTHERS
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Network setup and configuration, routing and firewall management including hands-on technical service provisioning
• F5 support and administration with tuning
• Working knowledge of CISCO switches setup and deployment
• Effective and Efficient Customer Service
• Effective Communication Skills
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Sound technical documentation skills.
• Customer focused and open minded.
• High level of commitment, accountability, integrity, confidence, can-do attitude, and attention to detail
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Cisco switch installation, configuration, and support
• Structured cable laying and management.
• Network support and administration.
• Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
• Upgrading of network equipment to latest stable firmware releases.
• Configuration of routing and switching equipment.
• Configuration of hosted IP voice services.
• Basic configuration of firewalls.
