Job Description / Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance.  
  • Design and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the university’s mission and growth objectives.  
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.  
  • Develop leadership and professional development programs for faculty and staff.  
  • Manage payroll, attendance systems, and HRIS data integrity.  
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, institutional standards, and best HR practices.  
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on people-related matters and organizational structure.  
  • Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
