Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance.
- Design and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the university’s mission and growth objectives.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Develop leadership and professional development programs for faculty and staff.
- Manage payroll, attendance systems, and HRIS data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, institutional standards, and best HR practices.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on people-related matters and organizational structure.
- Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
