Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resource Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes.
* Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
* HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and manage documentation such as contracts and leave forms.
* Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies are communicated and adhered to across departments.
* Performance Management: Assist in organizing performance reviews and tracking employee development goals
* Compliance: Monitor adherence to labor laws and internal policies; support audits and reporting requirements.
* Training & Development: Help coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and engagement.
REQUIREMENT:
* 2 or 3 years experience.
* Retail or FMCG background.
* BSc Human Resource Management.
