Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
  • Onboarding: Prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee databases, files, and HR systems.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assist with timesheet collection, benefits enrollment, and payroll queries.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and assist with audits or reporting.
  • General Admin: Answer HR-related queries, manage calendars, and support internal communications.

Qualifications:
* Must have 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

* Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
