We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support in a fast-paced professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the smooth coordination of executive and office activities.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
• Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Track tasks, follow up on action items, and support project execution.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as required.


Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.(Post NYSC)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Female candidates preferred.
