Role Summary

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of schedules, communications, and organizational priorities. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems.
  • Support project management tasks and track deadlines.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Draft, review, and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and requests to optimize executive productivity.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
