Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 7–10+ years' experience in administration, operations, or executive support
• 3–5+ years' leadership and people management experience
• Strong background in facilities management, procurement, vendor management, and compliance
• Experience with employee onboarding, visa/immigration processes, and HR administration
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience supporting senior executives and managing VIP services
Responsibilities
• Lead administration, facilities, HR operations, procurement, and compliance functions
• Manage executive schedules, meetings, and priorities
• Provide operational support and executive briefings
• Draft reports, presentations, and high-level communications
• Coordinate strategic projects and stakeholder engagement
• Support investor relations and capital-raising activities
• Conduct research and provide decision-support insights
