We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the MD's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support the MD in day-to-day business operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
