We are currently seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide executive, administrative, and logistical support to the Executive Director in a fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate should live within or around East Legon, Okponglo, or nearby areas for easy accessibility and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the Executive Director’s calendar, appointments, and email correspondence
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and accommodation arrangements
• Handle email management, follow ups, and prioritization of urgent communication
• Prepare meeting briefs, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the ED
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records efficiently
• Serve as a point of contact by handling calls, inquiries, and invitations professionally
• Take meeting minutes and assist with research and administrative tasks when required
• Ensure the ED is well prepared for meetings, engagements, and business activities
• Provide general administrative and secretarial support to management when necessary
Requirements
• Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, digital tools, and scheduling platforms
• Must possess a valid passport
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Candidate must reside within or around East Legon, Okponglo, or nearby areas
