The Role As the Personal Assistant, you will be the gatekeeper, logistics anchor, and primary administrative partner to the executive office. This is not a passive clerical role; you will operate in a vibrant, fast-moving media landscape where you must anticipate needs, keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes, and maintain a hawk-eye on operational details. Duties / Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Staff & Operations Liaison: Serve as a proactive bridge between management and internal teams, ensuring tasks are prioritised, deadlines are met, and daily operations run smoothly.
  • Correspondence & Communication: Serve as the articulate and professional first point of contact for internal staff, external partners, and high-profile industry stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage sensitive executive correspondence and corporate memos.
  • Information & Document Management: Meticulously handle confidential data, corporate records, and board documentation. Process, synthesise, and organise information into clear, actionable briefs for executive review.
  • Project & Task Tracking: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, follow up on action items across teams, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure management’s directives are executed efficiently.



Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Administration, Secretaryship, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 – 5years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Organisation: Exceptional organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar).
  • Communication: Brilliant written and verbal communication skills with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Mindset: A proactive, reliable, and adaptable professional who can work independently under pressure.
