ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Provide administrative and financial support to the Administration and Finance Department.
- Manage incoming calls and handle general inquiries.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute records.
- Support the processing of staff work permits and residence permits.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Perform accounting data entry, including billing, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Review invoices and financial documents for accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Assist with and undertake other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data entry and financial record management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
