Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Administrative Manager to provide executive support while overseeing administrative operations to ensure efficiency, coordination and effective office management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to leadership
Manage calendars, meetings, travel schedules and correspondence
Coordinate executive priorities, follow-ups and action tracking
Oversee office administration, records management and operational processes
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes and executive documentation
Support vendor coordination, procurement and office resource management
Drive process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency
Support internal coordination across teams and stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
5–7 years experience in executive support, office management or administration
Strong experience managing senior stakeholder schedules and priorities
Excellent organizational, coordination and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment
Preferred
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Strong operations and office management background
