Job Summary:
The Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG) seeks a dynamic, visionary, and result-oriented Executive Director to provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the organization. The Executive Director will spearhead initiatives that promote Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), ensuring effective program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable impact nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for PPAG’s programs and operations.
• Develop and implement policies, plans, and initiatives to achieve the organization’s SRHR goals.
• Oversee financial management, resource mobilization, and donor engagement.
• Represent PPAG in national and international forums, advocating for SRHR.
• Build and maintain partnerships with government, NGOs, and development agencies.
• Ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of all organizational activities.
• Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve organizational excellence and accountability.
