Job Description:

The Facilities Manager will oversee maintenance and ensure operational excellence, managing all physical aspects of the property to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee property maintenance and preventive programs
* Manage daily operations and coordinate with vendors
* Lead and develop the maintenance team while ensuring safety compliance
* Address resident concerns and implement improvements to enhance property value
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
* 5–10 years’ experience in facilities management (luxury residential preferred)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
