This opportunity has opened as part of our ongoing expansion and operational strengthening, and we are looking for someone who can bring structure, discipline, and hands-on leadership to the production floor.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations within the MDF / furniture section
Lead production planning and scheduling
Prepare and manage cutting lists and material optimization
Monitor and control raw materials and finished goods stock
Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure accurate execution
Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met
Candidate profile:
Proven experience in MDF / furniture manufacturing (essential)
Strong understanding of cutting lists, nesting, and yield optimization
Experience in production planning and stock management
Hands-on approach with strong shop floor presence
Ability to manage teams and drive performance
Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment
