JOB OVERVIEW
- Conduct functional requirements gathering and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine where improvements can be made.
- Conduct training sessions on Finance ERP software applications in order to help users adapt to new technology within their field.
- Project delivery – contributes to conceptual and logical designs and work with customers on functional and technical aspects of ERP project delivery and support.
- Undertake the required professional ERP certification and related training. Any other duty that may be assigned
