Job Description
WhiteCap Management Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead its financial operations and support the organization’s growth within the renewable energy and electric mobility sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Prepare management financial reports and perform financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance across various departments.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory obligations.
- Oversee accounting records and implement robust financial controls.
- Support strategic business decisions through data-driven financial insights and recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A Master’s Degree will be considered an added advantage.
Professional Qualifications
- Professional certification such as:
- ACCA
- ICA
- CPA
- Or an equivalent accounting qualification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Technical Competencies
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Sound knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.

- Ability to provide strategic financial guidance to management.
