Front Desk Associate - GHC 1,000 - GHC 1,200 monthly

Job Description:
Chop Express is seeking a punctual and friendly Front Desk Associate to manage our direct order calls and WhatsApp communications. You will be responsible for tracking customer history, providing feedback to both customers and management regarding orders and complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Qualifications:
- A smile and a welcoming appearance
- Proven experience in customer service
- College degree
- Fluency in English

Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service (hospitality or food service preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with reservation/order systems and basic computer tools
- Problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset
