Requirements:
✅ Minimum of a First Degree (Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field)
✅ Previous experience in hotel reception or administrative role is highly preferred
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage basic reservation systems
✅ Must be courteous, reliable, and organized
✅ Ability to multitask and handle guest relations with professionalism and warmth
✅ Must be flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
