Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage filing systems and maintain office records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and reports
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate logistics
  • Support administrative tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
