Collaborate with product and tech teams to troubleshoot and solve challenges that impact conversion rates and user experience.
Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to derive insights, track performance, and make data-backed decisions that fuel growth.
Track KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, providing strategic recommendations to enhance our growth strategies and position us as leaders in the market.
Communicate insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions shape the future of nsave in Turkey.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a growth-focused role within marketing, fintech, or a similar industry.
Expertise in digital marketing metrics and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business results.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
