Job Descriptions 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence and drive sales growth in the premix concrete sector.
2. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.

• Operations Management

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the premix concrete production facility, ensuring quality standards and efficiency.
2. Implement best practices to optimize production processes and reduce costs.

• Financial Management

1. Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maximized.
2. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary. 

• Sales and Marketing

1. Lead the sales and marketing efforts to expand customer base and increase sales volume.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders. 

• Team Leadership

1. Manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Ensure proper training and development opportunities are provided for team members.

• Quality Control

1. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to product quality and safety.
2. Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of premix concrete products.

• Supply Chain Management

1. Oversee the procurement of raw materials and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
2. Coordinate logistics to ensure efficient distribution of products to clients.

• Health and Safety Compliance

1. Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility.
2. Conduct regular safety audits and implement necessary improvements.

• Reporting and Analysis

1. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, sales, and market trends to senior management.
2. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in concrete production or related field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing production operations in a concrete manufacturing environment.
