HEAD OF PEOPLE & CULTURE

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and people-focused *Head of People & Culture* to join our luxury hotel team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the hotel’s People & Culture strategy and employee experience.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Foster a positive, professional, and high-performance workplace culture.
• Partner with leadership to align people initiatives with business and operational goals.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior HR/People & Culture role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people.
