HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and payroll, to ensure a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, application screening, interviews, and employment contracts.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records; leave management, and HR filing systems.
• Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Assist with employee training and professional development programs.
• Address employee inquiries, support conflict resolution, and promote positive employee relations.
• Support performance appraisal and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor and institutional regulations.
• Payroll management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR administration or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills with conflict resolution ability.
