Requirements
Minimum 3 years work experience in early childhood environment
International school experience preferred Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Master's degree in Education preferred
Knowledge of Montessori and Cambridge curriculum
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Experience supervising and mentoring teachers
Passion for high-quality early childhood education
