STUDENTS ADMISSION OFFICER

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Officer to lead student recruitment and admissions activities. This role involves engaging with prospective students, coordinating outreach efforts, and supporting admissions operations to ensure a smooth and professional process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the admissions process and make fair, consistent admission decisions
2. Respond to enquiries from prospective students, parents, and stakeholders professionally and promptly
3. Plan and execute recruitment activities such as open days and education fairs
4. Build relationships with schools and educational institutions locally and internationally
5. Monitor applicant responses and provide reports to management
6. Advise students and families on academic programs and admissions requirements
7. Maintain and update admissions information and records
8. Collaborate with media and marketing teams to enhance recruitment strategies
9. Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign effectiveness
10. Represent the institution at external events and fairs
11. Support verification of student credentials with examining bodies
12. Assist in developing promotional materials and updating web content

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field
2. Relevant professional work experience
3. Strong communication, outreach, and intercultural skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
