Job Description: 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Accra. As a startup, we need a versatile and hands-on HR professional who can manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be key in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 

● Help the executive team manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. 

● Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. 

● Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. 

● Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. 

● Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 

● Maintain pay plan and future benefits program. 

● Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 

● Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. 

● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction. 

Qualifications: 

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

● Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive. 

● Knowledge of HR systems and databases. 

● Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics. 

● Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. 

● In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. 

● Strong organizational and time management skills.
