Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Support full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, and
offboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Coordinate performance management, training, and staff development initiatives.
Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
Foster employee engagement and workplace culture.
Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
Operations & Administration
Oversee office administration, procurement, and supplies.
Develop and monitor operational processes to enhance efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers.
Support logistics and travel arrangements for staff and events.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld in the workplace.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1--2 years of experience in a combined HR and operations role.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and operational systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
